James, my heart goes out to you, this is a heartbreaking story of a Leeds
lister with severe deep depression. Don't worry it's very common with Leeds
listers. No one, not even a Leeds lister should have to encounter this terrible
illness. Are you having nasty thoughts about yourself.? Actually, one of the
people you are whinging, moaning and crying about is a wonderful gentleman and
a Professional Psychiarist. Of course I am referring to my dear Leeds born,
Friend and "Real Leeds Fan", Dr Michael Benjamim. He will help you if reach out
to him and say sorry for bitching about him. If you will take my advice I think
you should contact Dr Benjamin sooner rather than later. You sound pretty
desperate to me, with, stress with work, tolerance levels, irritation, phone
buzzes, etc etc. Are you sure you are not having bad thoughts about yourse
lf? The phone buzzes must be dreadful and the worst of your terrible problems
for you, it's such a shame. How old are you???????Anyhow ianjames just to recap
on my two suggestions, contact the wonderful Dr, Michael Benjamin, he has spent
a lifetime treating people who are in your condition, they were not ALL Leeds
lister fans, I hasten to add. I would say contact him immediately. I think you
