Where can we get an Eddie Howe from? The man's a genius. He has single handedly raised a 4th division club from nothing to premier league survival. Absolutely remarkable. Almost as unbelievable as Leicester winning the league.
Cellino has been successful in business. To do that he had to be good at picking people to manage his businesses. Why oh why can he not be good at picking football managers? I guess completely different arena of expertise, but you'd think some knowledge/skill at picking people well would transfer? Unfortunately Cellino now has such a reputation it is very unlikely any decent manager would risk coming to work for him. Cellino is not going to tempt a big name by a big transfer budget, ain't gonna happen. Alas we are left with third tier English managers, or 2nd tier Italians. Not sure which is worse. If only Cellino could find a coaching gem from a South American League or something...
