OS is saying that Paddy Kisnorbo is out for the rest of the season (and perhaps for ever ?)Whilst I feel sorry for him as an individual I do not think that it is necessarily a bad thing for the team. I reckon we should have got rid of him at the end of last season. Given his age and his previous season long injury I expressed the opinion last season that he would never play for us again . Although he proved me wrong, it was clear watching him that he was not the same player - his legs had gone and he was a mistake waiting to happen and cost us a few goals this season.With O'Brien on his way out,and both Bromby and Bruce having fallen out of favour in the past, that leaves us with only Lees and O'Dea as possible centre backs - not been a bad pairing for us- but it means that we do need one more CH. Both Monty Gimple and another lad have been getting good reviews for the 'reserves' but unless one or the other is ready for first team action then we need to bring in another one.Given our defensive frailties this season this could be SGs defining signing.
