The sender domain has a DMARC Reject/Quarantine policy which disallows
sending mailing list messages using the original "From" header.

To mitigate this problem, the original message has been wrapped
automatically by the mailing list software.

a few hours ago a similar patch was pushed: [0] (I CC'ed the author of it)

there are some differences between your patch and the one which is
merged already
maybe you could check these and rebase your patch to improve the
merged patch even futher
