My USB flash drive was not fully detected when I had it plugged in at boot up, when I unplugged and plugged it in again it worked without problems. The dwc2 driver uses GAHBCFG_HBSTLEN_INCR4 by default, what are the differences compared to GAHBCFG_HBSTLEN_INCR16?
