I've checked the kernel changelog and compared this to all LEDE-patches-4.4.
The intersection of kernel-patches and LEDE-patches showed me:
> include/drm/drmP.h
> include/linux/netdevice.h
> Makefile
> net/core/dev.c
> net/ipv4/af_inet.c
> net/ipv6/ip6_offload.c
However, the LEDE patches applied fine on 4.4.29 for me. (So no conflicts, line
renumbering, etc.)

I tested 4.4.30 on kirkwood, brcm47xx, ar71xx
