Ok, who is 'local' to Los Angeles, California, the US, or the western
hemisphere? ( with e-mail lists, this is not always obvious :-)
personally i am right now looking for donations of ipq hardware that is
not locked down.
If you can point at such hardware on amazon/e-bay or similar, I can pay for it,
but I don't know enough to know what qualifies.
