it was chosen not to use this prefix. there is a dedicated header
List-Id: <lede-dev.lists.infradead.org>
that you can use for filtering the mails into special folders.
A prefix isn't needed for auto filtering, but it sure helps for manually
spotting related posts in a combined inbox.
I get mail from FAR too many lists to have a separate folder for each of them.
