Moved TMPDEPS variable to global scope to make get_deps
log compatible.
Added a abort message to better inform user.
Remove the POST_UPGRADE file at cleanup.
Speed up (hopefully) check_remote.
Commented out get_running_arch, was buggy in case of networking drop
fetching local.lrp. This was just a test anyway and the function
hat no meaning anymore.
