squid: fix squid to start again and add squidclient
squid did previoulsy not start due to
- missing access rights for cache.log - access.log and cache log are now in
/var/log/squid
chown /varlog/squid to user squid and group nogroup
- mssing /dev/shm; create /dev/shm and mount in /etc/init.d/squid
- add the squidclient to the package, previously a directory squidclient
has been packaged instead the program
also remove freshmeat.* from okdmains as this sites are outdated
