[lazarus] THeaderControl

(from July 29) I saw that in Lazarus 0.9.24 the THeaderControl component 
was added. Since Lazarus 0.9.24 does not exist, I would like to know if 
the author could send me the component? I need it for the conversion of 
a Delphi App.
