The following patch remove the comment and all is working fine.
On a PocketPC the mousemove event is raised when you drag the stylus
on the screen surface.
With this change I am now able pan a big image on the screen using the
stylus.

It would be good to try it: now I understand why the drag&drop functions
I was trying wasn't working :D
Make me know how does it works, I use only the windows installers
libraries (created by fpcfan and uploaded into the /cross/ ftp path) due
to compilation issues...
