Vincent mentioned that we should add it to the Lazarus SVN. Even
though it isn't 100% complete, it is totally separate from the IDE, so
shouldn't cause any problems. I run the Editor Toolbar package
permanently and don't experience any problems.
Thanks. I have added in to SVN. I needed a little change, because
TImageList.AddFromLazarusResource has been renamed to
TImageList.AddLazarusResource.
Michael can start to create patches to fix his main annoyance :-)
