actually I think that I am not able yet to work with the IDE
implementing something.
But I hope that I will acquire some skills in order to help the lazarus
development team in some way.

That doesn't seam a nice way to do things.
Maybe you could write a IDE plugin which adds another compile button
that works like you want.
Or implement a svn plugin.
