Maybe I found the bug. Please test.
Hi Mattias,
It looks like a good shoot! I sync to latest svn and recompiled
lazarus and the saving looks very stable. I even put/removed
widestring values in the treeview and It did not complain nor crashed.
Very (simple yet) good patch! Thank you for your time fixing this issue.
