Why don't you keep your configuration?
I'm still using my 5 years old configuration.

I put it there, because I thought, people would first look there. ;)
Nearly all menu items in the Project and the Package menu could be moved to
the View or File menu. They are hybrid items. Where do you start searching
is probably mostly a matter of habituation.
