I see I was a lot over-simplistic about it. I took your suggestion and
looked at the Delphi 5 Directory Template; it's very clarifying :-)
After discovering the CodeTool preview doesn't work before exit&saving
I finally could get a variable to show ;-)
But I still can't guess a way to "import" the "Lazarus source" node
settings. Is it possible?
