Only thing I can think of is that both smart linking checkboxes in environment
options tabs are checked in my IDE, and maybe yours are not. Also debugging
information is off, and my RTL is smartlinked. Maybe your RTL isn't.

I'm using an older custom version of Lazarus IDE way back from the 0.9.7 era, 
but as
for the compiler I think it was FPC 2.0.2 I used.
