What is the meaning of "IIRC"?
An example of a thing that I'd like to show: I mounted a single project to
do a browse in a Firebvird database. It runs OK and I power off the machine.
Late in the same day I power on the machine and when I open the project
mentioned I receive an error that is beyond my knowledge. I'd like to show
an snapshot(or hard copy) of the screen and ask for help.
How can I show the screen? Can I create a bug report?

40KB IIRC.
If it isn't possible how can I show a screen snapshot or similar in the
way people in the mailing list can see?
Another option is to open a bug report, and attach the image there.
