It is simple why I consider ME a Delphi Developer and Java Architect: 1. I develop only two tier GUI/Database Win32 applications in Delphi. No much architect work here, just traditional database design and UI design
2. In Java applications I must decide how many tiers, how to distribute work among such tiers, which front end technologies (UI) to use (Web, applet, traditional application with swing / awt), etc. Regards. -----Mensaje original----- De: L505 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Enviado el: Lunes, 08 de Agosto de 2005 10:20 a.m. Para: [email protected] Asunto: Re: [lazarus] Eclipse | | I'm Delphi Developer (since version 1 late '96) and Java Architect, | developing in Java since middle '98. Why is a Java person considered an Architect, and a Delphi person is considered a Developer? I'm going to add some observation notes to the JavaJarkitechture paswiki page. _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe: mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" as the Subject archives at http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailarchives _________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe: mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] with "unsubscribe" as the Subject archives at http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/mailarchives
