Hello,
today I upgrade my os yosemite to El capitan. I want to share some
experience.
First and important changed "filesystem protections"

on svn fpc install can get error ".......: Operation not permitted" can
not fix this via add user to "wheel" and/or "admin" group(s)
Platform Policy is:
/system
"/ bin" , "/usr" , "/sbin" this folder permissions is 755 and can not
change that.
"[~]/Library" , "/usr/local" , "/Applications" are available to develeopers
