And, even though it took me quite sometime to do so, I have come round to accepting that.
I mean, since we (that is, everyone else, other that the compiler devs) expect them to throw us (over the wall) working code without us actually helping them in any direct way (other than bug reports, which are indirect and after the fact), why shouldn't they expect working code from people suggesting (semi-) major code overhaul.
While that does not mean I like it one bit, it is fair enough; and, I have to lump it. Such is life.
