I followed steps of AB and steps above, and open the link without 8080 ...:
http://127.0.0.1/fcgi/mytest
...then:

I love FPC-Lazarus forever!
It gets even better.
With revision 17569, all standard FastCGI functionality now also works on
Windows. (no more need for FastCGIExternalServer)
Both FastCGI modules (mod_fcid and mod_fastcgi) are now supported on all
platforms.
