my problem is that i dont get local characters in data aware objects
im connected via odbcConnection (charSet is set to UTF-8) to ms sql
server express 2008
same problems i get vith zeos components
within Database string fields are all nvarchar(x)

UCS2<> UTF-16
UCS2 is a subset of UTF-16. It doesn't cover all code points that
Unicode defines, which UTF-8, UTF-16, UTF-32 does.
Till 1996 (Unicode 2.0) you are right. After that date they are equal.
