Hi Hans Peter and other Experts,
As I wrote some days ago, after, with your kind help, being able to
rebuild Lazarus, I get a "SIGSEGV"error when creating a new empty
project and starting it.
After some testing I found that I can run a new empty gtk2 project (even
after adding some controls and functionality) when I set
Project->Options->Linking->Link Style: "Link Smart".
Is this setting supposed to be correct or "normal" ?
Is this setting supposed to be default with a new gtk2 project ? If yes,
why is it not set with my installation and where can I change this ?
Is it normal that non-smart-Linking does not result in a working project ?
