AFAIK at least Apache does not support multiplexing, so no hurry in
implementing in fpc.
BTW: did you get fpweb fastcgi + apache + mod_fcgid to work under Windows?
I could not get to work and i think that the problem could be mod_fcgid
because Michael V Canneyt got success with mod_fastcgi
