This interests me greatly because my servers are Windows.

In others words, I thought all yours Web servers were on Linux.
All features of fpWeb-FastCGI works fine in Linux and Windows?

Yes, 100%.

I work on Linux, but the clients usually use Windows, so our apps are deployed on Windows.

The last step before creating the installer is to recompile the application
on windows.
