Now I am almost used to this weird looking dialog like every other lazarus developer is. I am also building Lazarus trunk version in my home dir (with write access) just like other lazarus developers do. This issue should be addressed later because Lazarus is not built only by the (hard-)core Lazarus development team but also by everybody who installs a package for it.
