Still now there is no good community engine (forums or cms) good for developers, most of developers special the core team must not spend there time to reading all messages/posts, but what if there is important/high quality need an answers from admin/core, may be we need moderators to forward this links of posts (like "report") to developer team like as AssignTo in bug tracker.
