When we study LCLIntf.pas and its included files in

we see that

This unit is being created specifically for compatibility with Delphi.
It should only be used for constants and type definitions that are
included in the Delphi Windows unit. This is only done for compatibility
in
http://lazarus-ccr.sourceforge.net/docs/lcl/lclintf/index.html
are NOT mentioning procedures and/or functions .
With their present form they are NOT showing correct contents and
causing searches of the related procedures/functions in other sources .
