sorry but I don't understand. And, I know, it is not so important if I
saw on the splash 0.9.29 or 0.9.27.
Anyway I rebuilded startlazarus from the ide. I saw 0.9.27 on the splash
and 0.9.29 on the main form.
If I run "make starter" I get the following.
What's the problem?

You don't if you steel see 0.9.27 at the bottom. startlazarus only
shows a splash screen and launches lazarus, so you see the main form
of lazarus not startlazarus.
What do you mean with "make starter"?
Command which you can launch in the console.
