It was not used at all. Code was not maintained for a very long period.
I thought that component was pretty handy, considering that not all
platforms have a native "Select Directory" dialog.
I remember in GTK1 the "File Open" dialog was used to select
Directories - what a nightmare that was. Plus confusing as hell to the
users.
Every widgetset interface implements this dialog using own means at moment.
If you need this component please add it to our ccr repository.
