thanks Martin for that tutorial in ' general workflow in git', but i'm just a pensioner and programmer hobbyist.
As you wrote lazarus fixes_2_2 has no issue concerning qt5pas, so its old code and nothing has to be fixed. I don't will reopen my issue ... poor knowledge on my side, see above. Happy coding ...
