Many people tend to ignore this, because Lazarus does a lot behind the
scenes (which is a good thing).
Looking at the text of the "Code page conversions" section: what do
these mean: (CODE_CP ¡¿ CP_ACP) ? Or should it have been (CODE_CP <>
CP_ACP)?
