The error is shown as 'Generic error while linking'. I don't think the source line is relevant, as it tags the 'end.' in lazarus.pp. The exit code returned is 512.
Right click on the messages window, copy -> copy all/original messages to clipboard Then open a text editor and paste what you just copied, so you can see the exact linker error.
