Yes. The installer creation is the last tab on the app builder. You go
there and select the Create Installer box. The run-time engine is
installed by default - click the Advanced button. If your exe doesn't
require any other drivers, then that's all you need to do. Other
drivers might be NI-DAQ, NI-GPIB, etc.
