It is not so easy, because the applcication is realy complex, so I have to reduce it a lot. But I can tell you so far, that the the write commands to the two COM ports happens nearly at the same time. Maybe windows does not like this. So I will change the timing. Unfortunatly I does not have the time to do this now. I will post again with an detailed description an a reduced vi, if the problem still occures.
