Hello, When you develop an application that contains ActiveX controls and then create an executable out of it, the ActiveX controls need to be registered with the target operating system at install-time.

Use the same command string as you would use in the Start =BB Run menu to register the dll. The System Exec VI is in Functions Palette=BBCommunications. When building the Installer under the Installer Settings=BBAdvanced... Select "Run executable after installation" and add the above executable to the "Executable" line. Therefore when the installer is finished your executable that registers the dll will automatically run.
