Use the "Counter Control.vi" (Data Acquesition-> Counter->Advanced
Counter). With the control code 1 you can resets the counter.
Alternatively you may use the VI with control codes 4 and 2 which
disarms and arms the counter again ("If you follow a disarm with
another arm, then the acquisition restarts from the beginning"). That
