What do you mean by Worksheet Generator? Are you talking about the LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office?
If you are talking about this, is it installed in the correct directory? I have had similar trouble by forgetting to set the install location to be my present LabVIEW directory and having it install in a previous LabVIEW. If you are talking about a different package, does it need the Report Generation Toolkit for MS Office in order to work? I think that you have the toolkit, but that it is installed in the wrong location. This would lead to the libraries being on your computer, but since the menus are not in the correct place, the libraries will not be in the palette.
