It is as simple as dividing seconds by 60 to get minutes and by 60
again (3600 in all) to get hours.  Or, you could make the scale show
the seconds in time format.  To do this you would pop-up on the scale
and select Formatting.  This opens the Property page with the Format
and Precision tab already selected.  From the list on the left, select
Relative time and then be sure to select how many digits of decimal
seconds you will need.  It will place the seconds in HH:MM:SS.DDD
format.
