Hi rberger, LabVIEW 7.1 installs NI-Scale for the USI (Storage VIs). It seems like the niscale.dll has been installed in the wrong directory. Try copying and pasting the niscale.dll to the folder C:\Windows\System 32. Then, restart your computer and relaunch LabVIEW.
