I am using a linear encoder moving in two directions (forward and
reverse) counting down to zero in forward and counting up in reverse.
I have a vi which uses 13 indicators to show a location for the
encoder. 13 indicators all counting down can become too much to look
at. Each of the indicators is a position I need to mark. Is there a
slick way to use one indicator based off of criteria? I would like to
be able to use a single indicator and basically, as it moves forward
counting down to zero, once it reached zero, then would start counting
down for the next point I need to move to. I hope this is clear
enough. If not I can try to put together a vi demonstrating my
dilemna more clearly.
