Upgrading from LabVIEW 6.1 to 7.1, get a MS C++ Runtime Error

After upgrading from LabVIeW 6.1 to 7.1, I get a Microsoft Visual C++
Runtime Error

It states:
Runtime Error!
Program:...ogram Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\LabVIEW.exe

abnormal program termination

I am using Windows NT, ver 4.0 SP 6.
