Hey Stefan, I seemed to have fixed the problem by using Function Generator VI, and not the benchtop one. For some reason, now I have great resolution up to 1000 Hz, and that is the limit, when the system can no longer keep up. Thanks for you help. I am using labview 6.0.2, with a NI PCI-MIO-16XE-50 Multifunction DAQ card.
