Does it only not work on a pc without the LabVIEW development system.
If that the case, then did you include VISA as part of the installer?
If you did install VISA and it doesn't work, are you using aliases for
the com ports (i.e. com1, com2) instead of the actual VISA resource
name (ASRL1::INSTR, ASRL2::INSTR)? You can use aliases with VISA
run-time but you have to update visaconf.ini. Look for this file in
\VXIpnp\WinNT\NIvisa.
