I've just managed to do this and I'd like to share it!

First you need to get a second Y axis on the graph at all. Drop an XY graph
onto the FP. Right Cllick on the Y axis "Amplitude" in the default case and
choose Duplicate Scale. This draws a second Y scale "Amplitude 2 " beside
the first one.

Right Click on the Amplitude 2 scale and choose "Swap Sides".

Now there should be scales at the right and the left hand sides of the main
plot area.

How to allocate the scale to the color and the variables? In the Plot Legend
right click on the colored part and one of the offerings is Y-Scale, select
this and it offers you the choice of two , "Amplitude" and "Amplitude 2".
Allocate one to each color. Note the data that goes in to the color is
inserted into the array of plots in the same order.

With this basis you can allocate names and visibility to the scales and the
plots using property nodes.

Now it's in the archives, I'll be able to find it next time I need to do
this. It even seems fairly natural now, but it sure didn't a couple of hours
ago!

Yours Sincerely

John
