Hello,
Are you saying that you do not see the DAQ subpalette on the Functions
palette?

To make sure that NI-DAQ is installed, look for it under Control Panel
>> Add/Remove Programs.
If you see it there, the next step is to make sure it got installed
under National Instruments folder. Do you see NI-DAQ\Lib\nidaq32.lib?
Also, make sure you have <LabVIEW>\menus\default\daq folder with all
the DAQ menus.
If you don't have these files, re-install NI-DAQ from the following
web site:

Version 6.9.3 for Windows 2000/95/98/ME/NT/XP</a>

If you still cannot get the DAQ palette, I would start from scratch.=A0
Uninstall both LabVIEW and NI-DAQ, from Add/Remove Programs.=A0 Now
install LabVIEW from the CD, but this time, do a custom install.=A0 Make
sure that NI-DAQ is selected to be installed.=A0 After checking this,
run the installation again and see if it appears.
Sometimes NI-DAQ could be left over on your machine and when you try
to install NI-DAQ from the LabVIEW CD again, it could cause some
problems.=A0 That may be what was happening here so making sure that it
is uninstalled is your best bet.

Here is a great document that will help you troubleshoot this issue:
