lvdaq dll not intializing

When I Load a VI that uses the Lvdaq.dll file. LV comes up with an
error describing the following:

Error Loading : C:\......\Daq\lvdaq.dll
A dynamic Link Libary (DLL) initialization reoutine failed.

Does anybody know how to fix it?
