The actual frequency response of your filter is returned by the VI as
"filter information". It is a cluster that contains both the magnitude
and phase responses of your filter so you can for example unbundle the
magnitude cluster and simply pass it to a waveform graph.

You can find more details on the difference between the different
filters in the LabVIEW Analysis Concept manual. Go to
Start>>Programs>>National Instruments>>LabVIEW x.y>>>Search the
LabVIEW Bookshelf. Then in the Concept and Techniques section select
the Analysis Concept document (name may vary depending on your LabVIEW
version). There you'll find a chapter on Digital Filters.
